David Ha'ivri

David Ha'ivri was born in Long Island, New York, and emigrated to Israel with his family as a child in 1978, where he finished his high school studies and served three years in the IDF. Afterwards, he studied four years in the Yeshiva of the Jewish Idea in Jerusalem.

Today he is director of the Shomron Liaison Office, an initiative of the Shomron Regional Municipal Council. In this capacity, he establishes and nurtures ties with supporters abroad, and interacts with foreign media as well as philanthropists and investors interested in developing projects in the Jewish communities and industrial parks of the Shomron regional council.

He is also a member of Shomron Mayor Gershon Mesika's strategic advisory board, and personally involved in planing activities to secure Jewish rights on national lands, such as reclaiming responsibility for Joseph's tomb which was demolished by Arab mobs in Oct 2000.

He is author of the book "Reclaiming the Temple Mount", an historical overview from biblical times to the present in regard to the most important historical site in the world. His Op Ed opinion articles have been published in Israel National News, Jerusalem Post and on many websites.

Well-known as a Jewish activist and an authority in his field, fluent in both English and Hebrew, he is a passionate and eloquent speaker who has addressed groups throughout North America and Israel. Often in demand by international media to present the Jewish settlers view of current events, he has been interviewed by CNN, ABC, New York Times, Fox News, Al-Jazera , Jerusalem Post and others.

Ha'ivri has also worked professionally as a youth director and coach for At Risk Teens. He enjoys helping his own kids with homework, organic farming and open source computers programs. He is married to Mollie,  a shepherd's daughter from a moshav in the Galil. They live in Kfar Tapuach in the Shomron with their 8 children.

Rafael Kaufmann Director Dpto. Ibero-America LatinaRafael Kaufmann nace en Uruguay en 1972, recibe educación judia y sionista. Hace Aliá a los 18 años, se gradua en la Universidad de Bar Ilán en Estudios de la Tierra de Israel, tiene Licencia de Guia Turístico Internacional, y también estudio cursos de administración de asentamientos. Sirvió en el Ejercito. Durante cuatro años fue Shaliaj comunitario y educativo en Colombia y Brasil es también guia de grupos a Polonia.
Ve en su función actual como Director para América Latina de la oficina de relaciones Internacionales del Shomrón la oportunidad de conectar a comunidades judías de la diáspora con comunidades del Shomrón mostrándoles la importancia de la colonización del Shomrón y la necesidad de apoyar su desarrollo.
Rafael vive en el asentamiento de Tzufim, casado con Keren y padre de cinco hijos.
